Where we are legally required to do so, we ask you for your prior consent before providing you with promotional materials or information (referred to as “Commercial Electronic Messages, or “CEM”s). As part of our business activities, GROHE Group companies, in cooperation with GROHE AG, organize competitions and marketing campaigns at irregular intervals (hereinafter referred to as "Activities"). This may be personal information, professional information, or eligibility verification information, where applicable, through the provision of proof of purchase or other documents. This data is required so that you can participate in the respective action and we can provide you with the respective benefits indicated in the case of eligibility. We process the data provided by you to carry out the respective action. In doing so we get the following consent: "I would like to take part in the activity of the organizing GROHE unit according to the activity page. I can withdraw my consent at any time by message to the e-mail address provided in the activity with effect for the future. " By participating, you consent to the data processing. We process your data on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR. To carry out activities, we can use service providers who host activity pages for us and collect data or who carry out the delivery of products for us as part of the activity. A transmission of data to service providers outside the EU or to service providers based in a country without adequacy decision does not take place.
